Let's get together to celebrate the Leap Year with an afternoon of dice games, snacks and fun!
The time has come, once again, to celebrate Leap Year! Every four years we get the chance to come together on February 29th and enjoy one extra day in the year. This year we use that day to gather in the Carpenter Room at the Medford branch of the Jackson County Library Services from 2:00 to 3:30 pm. We've made the reservation for the room and are looking forward to a fun afternoon of games and fellowship!
This afternoon of fun will be open to all sorts of dice games! From Bunco to Boggle, Yahtzee to Farkle, feel free to bring a dice game and join in the fun. We'll be gathering the ones we have at home to bring and share with everyone. There will be different game stations for everyone to try out and even prizes for winners! If dice games aren't your thing, no worries! Come by and mingle with fellow cachers while earning the digitial souvenir for the day!
We'd like to encourage everyone to bring a little snack or something to share as we spend the afternoon playing and celebrating Leap Year. It's not a requirement by any means, but snacks always make games more fun :)
