The Hon. Fergus Bowes-Lyon  8th Bn, Black Watch (Royal Highlanders) who died on 27 September 1915  Age 26

Captain Fergus Bowes-Lyon (18 April 1889 – 27 September 1915) was a British soldier and older brother of Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, Queen consort of the United Kingdom from 1936 until 1952, and generally known in Great Britain as the Queen Mother. Bowes-Lyon was killed during World War I. He was a maternal uncle of the current queen, Elizabeth II.

Le capitaine Fergus Bowes-Lyon était un soldat britannique et frère aîné d'Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, reine épouse du Royaume-Uni de 1936 à 1952, et généralement connue en Grande-Bretagne sous le nom de Queen Mother. Bowes-Lyon a été tué pendant la Première Guerre mondiale. Il etait l'oncle maternel de l'actuelle reine Elizabeth II.
