The Background
On the 30th November 2021 I will turn 40 years old! A special milestone for me! I can't believe that it has been 10 years since I held my first cache bash! I was wondering what I could do that would be special to remember a big birthday milestone even though I am unable to hold the event on the actual day? Geocaching has quite literally taken over my life over the last decade with going out Caching and being very honoured to Review Caches. I have made some excellent friends and met some wonderful and interesting people. What an excellent opportunity then to have a midweek event where cachers new and old can get together and have a good natter about Geocaching, exchange Travel Bugs and discuss those troublesome mystery caches. I hope you will be able to make it and help make my birthday extra special by being able to join me at this caching meet.
The Venue
The Event will be taking place in Bishopsteignton (Small Village near Newton Abbot) at the Ring of Bells

Planning to Attend?
The landlord has requested that I let them know the number of people who plan to attend the event to make sure we have enough tables and an area of the pub reserved for us. For this reason in your log could you please let me know how many people will be in your party?
Food is Available
Food is available on the night from 5-8pm and will feature the Burger and Pizza menu with a few other dishes available if you are not keen on Burgers or Pizza. To help avoid food waste and dissapointment the landlord has asked if you can give an idea of what you would like to order for food and include this in your log. If you prefer to wait till on the night, that is fine too but if you can pre-order it would be helpful.
Parking
I have included a couple of parking waypoints. One is at the bottom of the hill on the road by the church, the second is a small car park a short walk from the pub. Parking is limited but you should be able to find a space in a nearby street if the other parking areas are full.
Caches
There are a number of caches in Bishopsteignton and the nearby villages and towns if you would like to make a day of it.
