A Celebration Event not just to commemorate 20 years of Geocaching but also a personal Geocaching milestone.
On 2nd August 2010 I became a Community Volunteer. I became the moderator for the UK & Ireland Forum as geohatter and a few months later I was inducted into the UK & Ireland reviewer team.
This was meant to be a nevent that also celebrated my 10 years as a volunteer but now it will be 11 years since I had to cancel it last year.
Please join me at Hengistbury Head for a picnic on what will hopefully be a lovely day weatherwise for geochat etc. There will be no log to sign.
BYO everything.
There is a cafe nearby and plenty of parking.
There will also be a surprise for two lucky attendees.
