To celebrate Geocaching Village Halls Week

We’ve been invited back by the Friends of Hatch Grange to assist with removing some shrubs and saplings from the park behind West End Parish Centre.
West End Parish Centre is the main community building for the village of West End. It includes a main hall with a kitchen and bar area, a sports hall, a community cafe, the fire station committee room and a small council library.
This is an organisation that has hosted us before and we have always had good fun working with.
There will be the usual opportunities to exchange trackables and geochat, and those that are interested are welcome to retire to the warmth of the cafe afterwards.
At 1000hrs we will meet at the published coordinates, the car park in front of the Parish Centre.
We'll then be given instructions and a Health & Safety brief by Rick and Steve from the Friends of Hatch Grange before the exercise begins. We'll then work through to about 1030.
Our hosts will provide all equipment required, though you may want to bring your own gloves if you prefer.
Please also consider wearing appropriate clothing and sensible footwear. The event will proceed unless there is bad weather, in which case I will arrange something else for anyone still willing to attend! There will be appropriate tasks for almost any ability level.
There is parking available at the posted coordinates and also on local streets. There is a supermarket very close to the posted coordinates but if using parking there, please pay very close attention to the time limits there!
Any latecomers, please find us in the park behind the Parish Centre or send me a message through the geocaching app so I can update you with our location.
Important - Please indicate your ‘will attend’ so we have an idea of numbers, and so you can receive any announcements about this CITO automatically.
All health and safety rules apply. Children will need supervision and pets kept under control.
