A mulching we will go in the Orchard at Horsbere Brook 10:00-12:00

Parking: Suggested parking is in the car park at the provided coords, there is a footbridge to take you over to Horsbere. Or if there is space you can park by the gates leading in to the brook (alternative parking).
Where: Meet us in the Orchard (published co-ordinates), look out for the Countryside Rangers Truck.
What: Grab your buckets and lets get mulching! Join us during half term as we mulch trees around the reserve. We will start in the orchard and then move on to the hazel copse. Mulching, using recycled woodchips from tree works around the city, compresses weed growth and conserves water around our new trees.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and gloves, Bring a bucket if you have one.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction. They will introduce the session and do the health and safety brief prior to work commencing.
