How do you find the geocache?
In the photo you see a clown, he's waiting there to ambush folks as they descend the stairs. You're job is first to find where the photo was taken. Then to search within ten feet of where the clown is standing where you'll located a container which has coordinates for the final cache. Once you find the cache at the end, you'll sign the log and sing the cachin pants song.
Beware the clowns!
