Last summer, after heading back from a job out east, Ogus and I discovered this pretty little cemetery. I LOVE exploring cemeteries, and luckily for me, Ogus enjoys wandering around and reading the old headstones as well. This cemetery is a bit different from any other that either of us have come across before, as it has little clusters of prickly cacti growing all over, scattered amidst the rows of moss-covered gravestones. During our first visit, some of the cacti even had beautiful yellow roses blooming. It's pretty cool, however I do want to forewarn people that it is not necessarily the best place to walk around in flip flops (as I learned the hard way). Ever since our intial visit, this cemetery has been a fond memory of ours, and I just couldn't resist placing a hide here.
You're looking for a handmade cache, hidden away from any headstones, containing only a log, so be sure to BYOP. Please be respectful of the burial ground, and do not do anything to disturb any of the graves. Please make sure you re-hide the cache exactly as found, and use stealth if necessary. We hope you enjoy both the cache, and this pretty cemetery. Take some time to walk around and visit some of the residents. We saw some markers dating back to 1700! What's the oldest one you can find?
Happy caching!
