The Bells are a ringing geocachers! It's that time of the year to once more show your cooking and/or wrapping skills.

When: 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Saturday, November 30th, 2019
The 13th annual Christmas potluck will continue several traditions:
- Bring a dish! It doesn't need to be a special Christmas food item, just something you'd like to share with the group. Please note that kitchen access is not a sure thing, particularly the stove/oven, so please keep this in mind when selecting your dish.
- Bring a donation! Every year we also collect food for the Saskatoon Food Bank. Please help us help others. We would also appreciate a small donation to help us pay for the church rental.
- Bring a gift! We always finish off the night with a Chinese gift exchange. We recommend a gift around the $20 range, though some people pay more and others less. It's especially fun with geocaching-related gifts.
We will be supplying reusable plates and cutlery but if you have your favorite set to eat with, please bring them along. We also ask participants to bring along a reusable cup or mug though we will have some options in case you forget.
As usual we will combine the S.A.G.A. AGM with the Christmas party, which will include nominating and electing new members of the executive committee, a quick financial report and the reveal of the geocache of the year! Please consider volunteering for the executive and giving back to the community.
We're looking forward to seeing everyone! As at every event, feel free to bring your trackables to share. We would appreciate it if you log whether you intend to attend or not. Also please spread the word to other cachers who may not check the new cache postings.
We need help with setting up tables beforehand as well as clean up afterward. If you can help please let us know. We appreciate it. Thanks!
