Lillehammer stasjon

Lillehammer stasjon er en jernbanestasjon på Dovrebanen. Den er 179,5 meter over havet og ligger 184,18 kilometer fra Oslo S. Stasjonen ligger Lillehammer sentrum og ble åpnet i 1894 da jernbanestrekningen Hamar – Tretten ble åpnet. Stasjonen ble bygget om til Vinter-OL 1994 og er endestasjon for intercitytogene.
Stasjonen ble i 2011 oppgradert til en moderne skysstasjon, og fikk en ny og åpen planløsning med tydelig markert hovedinngang i midtbygget i form av en «laftekasse». Denne skal assosiere lokal byggeskikk samtidig som den skal ha et moderne uttrykk. Det er blitt etablert et reisesenter med de service- og informasjonstjenester som forventes i et regionalt reisesenter. Lillehammer Turistkontor, Den Norske Turistforening og NSBs kundesenter har flyttet inn hit. Serveringstilbudet er blitt oppgradert og i de øvrige arealene er det kontorer og Vandrehjem for overnatting. Det er lagt opp til gode informasjonsløsninger med skjermer med oppdatert ruteinormasjon for tog og buss.

Skysstasjonene er i dag som i gamle dager tuftet på fire hovedpilarer: Bytte av transportmiddel, informasjon, overnatting og bespisning. I dag kjennetegnes skysstasjonen av behovet for effektive og koordinerte bytter av transportmidler, tilgjengelig informasjon og ulike gode servicetilbud til de reisende og de som ferdes på stasjonen.

Lillehammer skysstasjon
Lillehammer Station is a railway station on the Dovre Railway. It is 179.5 meters above sea level and is 184.18 kilometers from Oslo S. The station is located in the center of Lillehammer and was opened in 1894 when the Hamar - Tretten railway line was opened. The station was rebuilt during the 1994 Winter Olympics and is the end station for the intercity trains.
The station was upgraded to a modern "skysstasjon" in 2011, and was given a new and open floor plan with a clearly marked main entrance in the middle building in the form of a "box". This should associate local building customs while also having a modern expression. It has been established a travel center with service and information services expected in regional travel center. Lillehammer Tourist Office, The Norwegian Tourist Association and NSB's customer center have moved in here. The catering service has been upgraded and in the other area there are offices and hostels for accommodation. Good information solutions with monitors with updated train and bus routing information.
