Another new years day meet up in the Rose & Crown with the chance to earn the 2020 souvenir. The souvenir can be earned by visiting this event, just pop in for a drink or just a packet of crisps (optional) for a couple of hours of geochat between 13.30 & 15.30. This year I am using the main body of the pub again as the 2018 event attracted too many geocachers to fit into the room I had reserved. Parking limited at the venue but plenty of on street parking close by. There will be some sandwiches / nibbles for those arriving before the hoards devour it all. Looking forward to another meet up with lots of geo-chat & discovery of trackables, there will be a free geocaching based quiz competition with a prize for the winner. A once in a decade chance to grab a souvenir on the first day of the decade, let's get a mega turnout, you can even bring your well behaved muggles & doggles.
