Church Micro 12867...Pinner - Christian Scientist
The Christian Scientist church is one of several churches in Pinner. This is the newest of the churches, having been built during the 20th century. Christian Science itself is a relatively new set of beliefs, having been developed from Mary Baker Eddy's 1875 work Science and Health, which is used as a central text alongside the Bible.
As for the cache, if you've found a few of my other local caches then you'll spot the hiding spot as you walk up.
