Ye Grande Olde Adventure

A day of geocaching fun ends right here. All welcome at the event = whether you participated in the day's caching or not. We are planning an all day adventure in which you will be able to start at 06h30 in the morning and have an entire day out and about exploring the Midlands Meander. You will be able to do the copurse at your own pace and collect caches and tasks as it suits your team. We then all get together here for a few refreshments (at your own costs) and share stories of the day.

The day's activities include current caches (don't worry if you have smileys on them - you can still get some points for the activities there) - a whole bunch of brand new caches from one of KZN's premium cache hider/s - some fun activities that may just require a certain degree of silliness - some of the most beautiful views in South Africa across the Dargle valley and Impendle - and finally this event where you can share your stories.

What you will need to take part in the day's activities:

A team (rather no more than fit legally into a car) - more teams = more fun
Transportation for your team (you'll be doing about 20 - 80km depending on your routes - its up to you)
A smartphone that can download an APP (Android or Apple)
A bit of data for the day - as this will be the primary way of recording locations and activities that were performed (e.g. a photo may need to be sent to the judges to gain you points).
Pens / geocaching swag / geocaching clothing
A powerbank (may be a good idea for the phone backup)
Sense of humour
