Geocache Description:

Here at Go Pub Caching Towers we like to write code. In the early days we wrote code using the American Standard Code for Information Interchange, or ASCII for short. This 7-bit code was good enough for regular non-accented latin alphabet characters but failed with anything more exotic. Today, UTF-8 is probably the most popular character coding standard you'll see. It's the one with which most modern websites are encoded. UTF-8 is part of a family of codes often referred to as Unicode. It's a variable length coding format that includes ASCII as a subset. To encode accented letters and many cursive alphabets requires at least 2 octets. Over a million different character combinations are available. Take a look at the source code for this page and you'll see the HTML tag <meta charset="utf-8" > near the beginning of the page. That tells your browser that the characters in the rest of the page content are coded in UTF-8 format. With this in the header of a web page we can now embed content with all sorts of funny characters. So that's enough information to get you started. Now, simply find a set of coordinates that will lead you to the cache from the set of numbers that follow. Don't expect this geeky exercise to be too easy. You will want to find a tool, or write some code to get the answers to appear. This puzzle has been tested with Internet Explorer version 10 on Windows 7, Chrome on Android, Firefoxv.64 on Kubuntu Linux.
