On 22 May 2010, I was heading out of Fenchurch Street Station to head to Lakeside shopping centre. I'd read about geocaching a few days before and had downloaded the app. So my wife and I searched for GC1KKRX - Flonopoly Cache 2 - Fenchurch Street Station... and promptly DNF'ed it.
On the way back we gave it another go, and this time found it. Or rather, my darling wife found it - she's much better at finding caches than I am. This was one of the Flonopoly series, which required you to collect a number from the inside of the container. There was a sticker, but it read "Goldpot" and we never did work out how that was a number. ;)

So here we are, back near Fenchurch Street station at the Crutched Friar. This isn't my ten year caching anniversary, as that won't be till next year, and we should be in New York City if all plans are kept to at the moment. So here's a different reason for a celebration - after nearly ten years, this will be the completion of my date grid.
Will aim to reserve a couple of tables once I have an idea about numbers. Food is avaliable, and the location is a short distance from Tower Hill station. There's also that Church Micro virtual just around the corner if you're here early.
