Geocache Description:

Providence Cemetery is a very old, small cemetery located off the east side of Braffetsville-North Road on Wiley Road.  Unlike most cemeterys that are alongside a road, this one is at the dead end of Wiley Road.  Go approximately 500' along a heavily tree-lined "road" that ends at the entrance to the cemetery.  Depending on the season, it can feel very serene, or spooky!   The road is marked with a sign and appears to have been paved many years ago.

In spite of some thoughless rednecks dumping trash nearby, the cemetery is nicely maintained.  Unwire the gate "latch" to get in.  Wire it shut when you leave.

Revolutionary War solder William Graham is buried here.  A recent DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) & local VFW project upgraded his headstone.  See if you can find it.

This is a plastic peanut butter jar cache with a few small trinkets.  Keep jar upright to prevent water intrusion.  Thanks!
