The Puzzle
This is a 3 stage multi cache with less than half a mile of walking. The demo is stage one and there is parking at both physical stages. To solve the puzzle, find each country's flag in the chart below and find the number along the top, then the side. Plug those numbers into the list in place of the countries and you'll have the coordinates.

This will take you to stage two of three. There you'll find a container inside a pipe that has a similar clue to the final.

Letterboxing
This is a letterbox cache. That means instead of just signing the log when you find it, there is a stamp and ink pad inside the cache. Use the stamp on your own notebook and use your own stamp on the letterbox logbook. If you don't have your own stamp, use a fingerprint or something unique, then sign and date. The stamp and ink pad need to stay inside the geocache. If you take a trade item, make sure to replace it with something equal or better.
Access to the final
This cache is inside a public building within .5 miles of the posted coordinates and can only be accessed Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm. This building is closed all holidays and are often busy on Fridays. This cache is placed with permission and all staff know about it. You can check your solution to stage three, the final, here:
