Come out to see some unique restoration techniques:
-A Bio-Engineered section of bank repairs
-An automated irrigation system with no pressured water source or hydro-electrical power.
-Using a beaver dam to improve fish habitat.
We will be doing some plantings, weed prevention, shoveling a slope on the bank, beaver and deer fencing. Bring gloves and a shovel if you have one. There is a variety of tasks for all physical abilities or come and enjoy the company of a great caching community.
Please note that we need to, respectively, cross private land to access the work site but we do have permission to conduct this event.
