Écluse du Moulin Oger n° 15
L'ancienne chaussée assurait le fonctionnement d’un moulin à farine, le Moulin Oger, situé sur la rive gauche de la Mayenne.
Le moulin, mentionné dans un acte de 1542, appartenait au seigneur du château de la Motte.
La canalisation de la Mayenne au XIXème siècle a entraîné la démolition de l'ancienne chaussée et du moulin.
Les travaux, réalisés par l'entrepreneur de Montflours Colas, ont été reçus 1er septembre 1857 mais étaient déjà presque achevés lorsque l'écluse fut livrée à la navigation en novembre 1854.
Une micro-centrale électrique a été installée dans le pertuis en 1959, date inscrite sur le transformateur installé sur la rive.
Le moulin n'a pas été reconstruit, seul subsiste l’ancien logis du meunier, datant du XVème siècle.
La maison éclusière.
La maison éclusière présente des dispositions architecturales proches de celles de la Richardière et de la Fourmondière supérieure, mais elle n'est pas précédée d'un talus.
La maison éclusière porte, sur le linteau de sa porte d'entrée, le numéro (15), le nom de l'écluse et la date de 1854.
Une dépendance se trouve dans le jardin, au nord : construction en rez-de-chaussée à toiture à deux pans avec cheminée.
