This walk has 24 traditional caches and takes you from Chapel Row in West Berkshire to the small village of Midgham (and back), passing through part of Bucklebury Common and the Midgham Park Estate.
The walk is circular and a little over 5 miles in length (or 8km as every schoolboy and girl knows!). It is undulating but there are no strenuous climbs or steep descents. We encountered some cattle en route and crossed a few stiles. It is a very nice walk through pleasant countryside. We hope you enjoy it.
The paths vary so you decide if you want to wear shorts in warm weather. The route includes some short sections along minor roads so please take care with geo-kids and geo-dogs. We have placed these caches to be found and to provide an enjoyable walk.
The route passes the church in Midgham, where you can do the Church Micro cache GC4YZZ1, set by Tadley Trailblazers.
The route to the next one includes a short section along the road without a pavement. Please be very careful
