There are 8 geocaches around Holiday Valley representing the 8 clans of the Senecas. The caches are accessible for free winter, spring, summer and fall during daylight hours by hiking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. Holiday Valley does not require you to purchase a pass unless you are using a chairlift. During winter operating hours please stay clear of downhill skiers by staying along the side of trails; the safest trails to move from cache to cache are our X-C cross country trails that navigate around the top ridge of the resort. You will find caches around chairlift unloading zones so please stay clear of skiers and riders. Parking is available at any lodge or at the top of Holiday Valley Road year round. Please take stickers and sign the log book so we know you came to play!
