OCCD: This was a fun little multi. However, the final location which was on the south end of the fairgrounds along the fence line that ran parallel to the turnpike has been under construction for quite some time. The fence along with all trees are gone. All the tree stumps have been removed and the whole area has been regraded.
In other words, there's no place to replace and hide a container. So, I'm a little sad that I have to archive this one early. Otherwise I would have kept it going until I was ready for replacement caches for 2020 event. Thanks to everyone that made the find.
