Tuz Gölü (Salt Lake)
Salt Lake basin is of great importance for the conservation of biological diversity in Turkey and a wetland class according to international criteria. Salt Lake for the presence of birds is one of Turkey's richest lake. There are 85 bird species, 129 insect species, of which 4 are endemic, 15 mammal species and 38 endemic plant species in the region. The lake is also registered as a Grade I Natural Site.
To claim this Virtual Cache:
*Please post a picture of yourself (preferably a selfie) or something with your name on it with your log. The photo must include the lake (the white salt) and you (or something with your name on it). The photo must be taken after the publication date of listing. You don't need to show your face if you don't want to.
Note: If you cannot reach the given coordinates, you can log this cache by taking a photo that meets the conditions from any place that sees the lake. (It could be anywhere near the Salt Lake.)
To log the cache, the coordinates must be visited and the log must contain photo from the listed coordinates as described above. All records that do not meet the requirements will be deleted.

Tuz Gölü
Tuz Gölü havzası, Türkiye’de biyolojik çeşitliliğin korunması açısından büyük önem taşıyan ve uluslararası kriterlere göre A Sınıfı bir sulak alandır. Tuz Gölü kuş varlığı yönünden Türkiye’nin en zengin göllerinden birisidir. Bölgede 85 kuş türü, 4 tanesi endemik 129 böcek türü, 15 memeli türü ve 38 tane endemik bitki türü bulunmaktadır. Göl aynı zamanda 1. Derece Doğal Sit olarak tescil edilmiştir.
Kayıt yapabilmek için gereken şartlar:
*Kayıt günü çekilmiş bir fotoğrafınızı (tercihen selfie) veya üzerinde Geocaching kullanıcı adınızın yazdığı herhangi birşeyi fotoğrafını girdiğiniz kayda eklemeniz gerekmektedir. Bu fotoğraf gölü (tuz kaplı yeri) ve sizi (veya kullanıcı adınızın üzerinde yazdığı şeyi) içermelidir. Kaydınıza eklediğiniz fotoğraf bu Geocache'nin yayınlandığı günden sonra çekilmelidir.
Not: Verilen koordinatlara ulaşamamanız durumunda gölü gören herhangi bir yerden de şartları sağlayan bir fotoğraf çekerek kaydınızı girebilirsiniz. (Tuz gölü civarındaki her yer olabilir.)
Kayıt için gölün bulunduğu yer ziyaret edilmeli ve yukarıda yazılanların yapılması gerekmektedir. Şartları sağlamayan kayıtlar silinecektir.
