Намирате се на известния столичен площад. За първи път това място се споменава през 1515 г. Там са били разположени кафене, джамия и два турски полицейски участъци. До началото на ХХ век площадът е известен с името Кафене баши заради голямото кафене, което се намирало там. То е разрушено след 1878. Сегашният облик на площада започва да се оформя след 20-30те години на ХХ век. Дълго време имаше книжен пазар - кой ли софиянец не го помни... Можеше да се намери почти всичко. Сергии вече няма и може би така площадът е по-приятен за разходки.

You are located on a famous square in the capital. This place was first mentioned in 1515. There was a cafe, a mosque and two Turkish police stations. Until the beginning of the twentieth century, the square was known as Kafene Bashi because of the large café that was located there. It was demolished just after 1878. The current appearance of the square began to take shape after the 1920s and 1930s. There was a famous book market for a long time, where almost everything could be found. There are no book stalls anymore, hence, the square is more pleasant for walks.
Look around and find a bench with two figures.
To log this geocache, you need to answer a few questions:
1. Who sits on the bench?
2. Do they have a family relationship and what is it?
3. And lastly - visual proof of the visit. Any creative photo is welcome.
