Geocache Description:

Glacier Express - Zermatt

Der Glacier Express verbindet seit den 1930er Jahren Zermatt mit St. Moritz. Früher war die Route nur im Sommer während weniger Monate befahrbar, seit der Erföffnung des Furka-Tunnels ist dies ganzjährig möglich. Besonders im Winter ist die Fahrt durch die verschneite Berglandschaft ein besonderes Erlebnis.

Deine Aufgabe um diesen Virtual zu loggen

Um diesen Virtual zu loggen mache bitte ein Foto von dir (oder deinem GPS) am Bahnhof von Zermatt mit dem Glacier Express im Hintergrund und lade es im Log hoch. Es muss auf dem Foto klar zu erkennen sein, dass das Foto vor Ort gemacht wurde.

ACHTUNG: ES ZÄHLEN WIRKLICH NUR FOTOS MIT DEM GLACIER EXRPRESS (SPEZIELLER TOURISTISCHER ZUG) und nicht mit einem beliebigen Zug! Ich werde Logs kommentarlos löschen, welche diese Bedingung nicht erfüllen!

Glacier Express - Zermatt

The Glacier Express connects Zermatt with St. Moritz since the 1930ies. The journey was only possible during summer season until the Fuka tunnel was opened in the 1980ies. The drive ist especially attractive in winter passing the snowy mountain landscape.

Your task to log this virtual

If you want to log this virtual you have to take a picture of you (or your GPS device) at the Zermatt train station with the Glacier Express in the background and upload it with your log. It must be clear from the foto that it has been taken at the the Zermatt train station.

IMPORTANT: ONLY LOGS WITH THE GLACIER EXPRESS (special touristic train) are valid for your log! I will delete any logs not fulfilling the conditions without any further notice!
