Šeit skaisto skatu uz Lielupi jebkurā gadalaikā ir iespējams vērot no labiekārtotās promenādes. Šī vieta vēsturiski ir kalpojusi kā laivu piestātne, par ko tagad stāsta šeit esošie divi koka soli laivu veidolā. Atpūtas vieta atjaunota 2017. gadā pateicoties pagasta pārvaldes iniciatīvai un piedaloties arī vietējiem uzņēmumiem.
Par agrāko laivu un kuģu kustību Lielupē liek atminēties arī nu jau pāris gadus vasarā par ikgadēju tradīciju kļuvusī regate „Nimfas Kauss - Kalnciema Kauss”. Regate norisinās no Jelgavas līdz Kalnciemam un atpakaļ. „Kalnciema Kausa” posms noslēdzas un apbalvošana notiek tieši šeit promenādē.

Here you can watch the magnificent view of the Lielupe at any time of the year from the well-maintained promenade. This place has historically served as a boat dock, which is now described by the two wooden benches here in the form of boats. Rest area restored in 2017 thanks to the parish administration initiative and local businesses.
For a few years in the summer, the regatta „Nimfa Cup - Kalnciems Cup”, which has become an annual tradition, is commemorating the earlier boat and ship movement in Lielupe. Regate goes from Jelgava to Kalnciems and back. The „Kalnciems Cup” section ends and awards take place right here on the promenade.
