This Creation Cellebration event will focus on Ingenuity and Innovation !
Let's get together for some fun and make Geocaching better.
Carnivals across the world are an example of fun, passion, and creativity. The participants go to great lengths to make decorations, costumes, and plan parades for everyone involved.
Much like a carnival, geocaching would simply not exist without people who channel their creativity and innovative spirit into making great experiences for others.
So we’re celebrating geocache creation to inspire current hiders and the next generation of geocache makers.
As a bonus, HQ is giving out a special souvenir to anyone who logs an “Attended” at this, or any other registered Creation Celebration event !
We will be getting together to talk about Geocaching and will highlight cache quality and cache creation. We will be discussing different types of cache hides and sharing stories about some of our most epic adventures or favourite caches.
So, to celebrate...
We have reserved seating in Joe Tomato's back party room. Everyone is welcome, and the room can hold up to 48 people, so please indicate the number in your group when you log your "Will Attend".
This is definitely a high traffic area, but stealth is not required and we are all welcome, including your muggle friends and family. While food is not required, there will be separate checks if you do choose to order something from the menu. Our event is scheduled for 2 hours, but you are welcome to come or go whenever you need to. Our plan is to chit-chat first, then get into more creative discussions after supper.
