4th in a short tour around the lesser know area of Billingham Beck. The park has an extensive network of footpaths over the site. This area of the Beck is popular with locals, but is less managed allowing it to become a real haven for wildlife.
Look out for brambles in the summer and the area can flood in the winter so trousers and sensible foot wear is a good idea. With its wildflower meadow, reed-beds, ponds, marsh and woodland, Billingham Beck Valley is a great place to explore whatever the time of year
This area holds a place in our hearts.
happy caching
Well done to DMPB for beeing the FTF
