50,000 Reasons to Party

LCSM reaches a milestone in caching and it’s time to party!

LCSM reached 50000 finds on a recent trip to Arizona with fellow cachers, so now is the time to celebrate this magnificent accomplishment. LCSM started caching in the mid 2000’s and started out gathering 18 and 47 caches in her first year and second year respectively. In her third year she hit the 1000 cache mark and from then on she has found 13,938 caches in 2017 and 11,276 in 2016. In five other years she has had more than 2.400 caches in a single year. LCSM with all these finds is ranked 4th in New York State and 72nd in the United States at the present time.

With all that being said, the most important part of her caching career is the dedication that she has given to the CNY cachers. LSCM has held numerous TOTT events, and CITO events. She is one of the admins to the CNY Facebook page and has been instrumental in the New York State Parks challenge both summer and winter.
