La chiesa intitolata ai Santi martiri Ermacora e Fortunato, eponimi del Patriarcato di Aquileia e patroni della città di Udine, è stata fortemente voluta dai turisti. Si tratta infatti di una chiesa estiva, inaugurata pochi anni fa con la celebrazione della Santa Messa di Pasqua nel 2003.
A pianta poligonale, per cinque lati le pareti sono costituite da vetrate scorrevoli, che all’occorenza si possono aprire per consentire ai fedeli di assistere alla celebrazione anche dallo spazio verde antistante.
All’interno, semplice ed essenziale, colpisce in particolare la copertura in legno, che simula una grande tenda e si prolunga a formare il portico aldilà delle vetrate.
L'unico altare è innondato dalla luce che piove da una piramide in vetro, sovrastata dalla Croce, posta al culmine della copertura: nel Presbiterio trovano posto tre statue (il Cristo Redentore, la Vergine Immacolata e Sant’Antonio di Padova) ed un quadro raffigurante i SS. Ermacora e Fortunato.
In Sacrestia, anch’essa a pianta poligonale, si conserva la pergamena che certifica la posa della prima pietra, benedetta il 19 settembre 2001 alla presenza di Monsignor Agostino Marchetto e Monsignor Aniceto Molinaro.
La cache è di dimensioni micro e all'interno contiene solamente il logbook. Portatevi una penna e buona caccia!

The church is named after the martyred Saints Hermagoras and Fortunatus, eponyms of the Aquileia Patriarchate and patrons of Udine, and was greatly requested by tourists. In fact, it is a summer church and was inaugurated a few years ago with the celebration of the Holy Easter Mass in 2003.
It features a polygonal layout. Five sides are made up of sliding glass doors, which can be opened when required to allow churchgoers to attend the celebration from the green space in front too.
Inside it is simple and basic and the wooden roof is particularly striking, which looks like a large tent and extends to form the porch beyond the glass doors.
The only altar is flooded with light, which falls from a glass pyramid, topped by the cross, found at the peak of the roof. The Presbytery holds three statues (Christ the Redeemer, the Immaculate Virgin and St. Anthony of Padua) and a painting that depicts Saint Hermagoras and Saint Fortunatus.
In the Sacristy, which is also polygonal in layout, you will find the parchment that certifies the laying of the first brick, which was blessed in 19 September 2001 in the presence of Archbishop Agostino Marchetto and Archbishop Aniceto Molinaro.
The cache is micro-sized and inside you will find only the logbook. Bring a pen and happy geocaching!

Die Kirche, die den Heiligen Märtyrern Hermagoras und Fortunatus geweiht ist, Namensgeber des Patriarchen von Aquileia und Schutzheilige der Stadt Udine, wurde stark von den Touristen unterstützt. Es handelt sich um eine Sommerkirche, die vor wenigen Jahren mit der Feier der Ostermesse im Jahr 2003 eingeweiht wurde.
Der vieleckige Grundriss, der auf fünf Seiten von Wänden auch Glasschiebetüren umgeben ist, kann bei Bedarf geöffnet werden, um den Gläubigen zu ermöglichen, der Feier auch von den vorliegenden Grünflächen aus beizuwohnen.
Im Inneren, einfach und wesentlich, beeindruckt besonders die Holzabdeckung, die ein großes Zelt simuliert und sich fortstreckt, um den Portikus jenseits der Fenster zu formen.
Der einzige Altar wird vom Licht überflutet, das aus einer Glaspyramide hereinbricht, die das Kreuz an der Spitze der Abdeckung überragt: im Chorraum stehen drei Statuten (Christus der Erlöser, die Unbefleckte Jungfrau und St. Antonius aus Padua) und ein Gemälde mit den Hl. Hermagoras und Fortunatus.
In der Sakristei, auch diese polygonal, wird das Pergament zur Bescheinigung der Grundsteinlegung aufbewahrt, das am 19. September 2011 unter Anwesenheit von Monsignor Agostino Marchetto und Monsignor Aniceto Molinaro gesegnet wurde.
