Cache is on the coordinates. You must meet certain requirements in order to log in the find in this cache.
The challenge is to find a Mystery Cache on 275 different days (75% of the calendar) of the year. They do not need to be consecutive and previous find do count. Leap day does count.
Before logging cache as "Found" on the internet, of course you have to visit the cache and sign the logbook.
But you can not log the find until you meet the requirements (in this way you don't have to return to sign a logbook after meeting the requirements!)
