This is the perfect place for a Magic 8 Ball puzzle cache...
The posted coordinates are right in front of a giant 8 on 8th Street. There is an 8 in the GC code, There are two 8's in the posted coordinates, three 8's in the final coordinates, and even the cache container goes with the theme.
The cache is large enough for small trackables. BYOP.
