The Wizard of Oz
Eine Runde Abenteuer für Jung und Alt zum MGM Film „Der Zauberer von Oz“ aus dem Jahre 1939.
Eine familienfreundliche Runde mit 10 Tradis. Der Weg ist ist mit Schotter befestigt, bis auf die letzten 5-10 Meter zu den Caches.
Rechnet mit 1-2 Stunden von Anfang bis Ende.
*Merkt euch die Uhrzeit bei # 6, sie ist für das Finale wichtig.
Um # 8 zu loggen bringt einen Stift mit.
Alle anderen Boxen sind groß genug für Tauschgegenstände und TB’s.
Der Film liegt meinem Mann und mir sehr am Herzen, da er eine Rolle spielte, als wir uns vor vielen, vielen Jahren kennenlernten.
Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Erstellen und hoffen, daß auch ihr Spaß habt! Wenn ihr diesen Kultfilm vor oder nach Abschluss der Runde sehen möchtet, könnt ihr ihn auf deutsch z.B. bei Amazon Prime mieten. Danke, daß ihr uns auf der gelben Steinstraße gefolgt seid!

Der erste Cache dieser Serie representiert den Beginn des Films, als die böse Ms. Gulch versucht Dorothy’s Hund Toto weg zu nehemen. Toto entkommt Ms. Gulch und kehrt zurück zu Dorothy. Um sich und den Hund zu beschützen entschließt sich Dorothy aus Kansas weg zulaufen und folgt ihrem Herzen „über den Regenbogen“.

A round of adventure for young and old themed on MGM’s 1939 classic movie, “The Wizard of Oz.”
A family-friendly round of 10 traditionals. Pavement is gravel but mostly level except for the last 5-10 meters to the caches.
Allow 1-2 hours to complete.
*Take note of the time on the heart-clock at #6- you will need this for the finale.
Bring your own pen to log #8.
All other boxes are large for swag or TB’s.

The Wizard of Oz #1- "Kansas"
The first cache of the series represents the beginning of the movie when the mean Ms. Gulch attempts to take Dorothy’s dog, Toto, away from her. Toto escapes from Ms. Gulch and returns to Dorothy. Dorothy decides to protect them both by running away from Kansas and following her heart “over the rainbow”.
