Welcome to Stapleton Road.
This station is operated by GWR, and has 2 platform with minimal facilities, a help point and a metal shelter .
The station opened in 1863 as a single platform and expanded to four platforms but a reduced service in 1960s turned it back to two platforms.
This train station serves trains Southbound to Bristol Temple Meads, Weymouth, wesbury and one train a day to Brighton.
There are also northbound services to Great Malvern and the Severn beach line.
Only local trains stop here and all operated by GWR.
There is a interesting mural on the station.
Originally painted in 1999, depicting community life in Easton and contains life-size figures waiting for a train.
Historical figures appear of famous locals including the cricketer W.G.Grace,Indian reformer Raja Rammohun Roy, and the Trade Union founde Ben Tillett.
The cache here is a magnetic nano on St marks road.
