Geocache Description:

A Christmas Day Flash Mob

This is my fifth annual Christmas Day Flashmob, as I also held it in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. So if you feel the urge to get out for a bit of caching before your Christmas dinner then why not join this gathering.

Just pop down to the Crossways Gardens, South Merstham (opposite All Saints Church).

The event will start at 11:15 prompt and will end at 11:45.

We will be meeting under the tree at the specified coordinates.

There will be an event log to sign and a container for TBs and Geocoins, however, unfortunately due to the event's location it is unsuitable for large trackables..

There will also be some festive treats available.

Finally, there will be a group photo, so party hats would be good but are optional!

The Christmas Day Flash Mob

This is becoming a traditional Christmas event, and once again I couldn’t have expected it to go any better. The early morning frost soon went ❄️ and the sun popped out to warm everyone up ☀️ Over 22 cachers and geopugs turned up, enjoying plenty of Christmas cake, mince pies, yule log, chocolates and TBs of course. It was great to see everyone getting into the party spirit with their Christmas hats, jumpers and reindeer antlers 😃 Thanks everyone for making this such a great event and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 😃
