This is a Wherigo cartridge created for the 2018 Metro Mega event at Waterloo Village Historic Site, a restored 19th century canal town. This Wherigo presents a fictional mystery and takes you on a walking tour through Waterloo Village Historic Site. It consists of 14 virtual stages including the final stage. Some of the stages are very close to fit the Witches of Waterloo story.
A century ago the old village of Waterloo had vanquished an evil witch. They hid her spell book away so she could not put spells on anyone anymore. But, as the towns folk read the banishment spell out loud, the could hear the witches faint scream, "I will return one day to put a spell on all your children."
