Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates. Solve the puzzle below to find the actual coordinates.

If this were a standard 9x9 KenKen puzzle, I'd ask you to put a 1-digit number in each of the 81 squares so that each digit from 1 to 9 occurs exactly once in each row and each column, and so that the numbers within each cage (formed by the thick black lines) satisfy the constraint at the top of the cage. (For example "21+" means that the sum of the numbers in the cage is 21; "5/" means that their quotient is 5.)

But this isn't a standard KenKen. The cage constraints work as normal, but in this puzzle, each row and column must contain every digit from 0 to 9 exactly once. For that to work, each row and column must contain 8 1-digit numbers (from 0 to 9) and 1 2-digit number (from 10 to 98). For example, a row might contain 3, 7, 2, 49, 1, 8, 0, 6, and 5. It's up to you to figure out what 2-digit numbers are involved and where they go.

When you've solved the puzzle, write down all of the 2-digit numbers, in order from top to bottom. That will give you a string of 18 digits. Cross out 3 of them — it'll be obvious which ones — and you'll have the 15 digits of the coordinates.

If you think you have the coordinates, you can check them with Certitude.

You can also see who else has solved the puzzle. Note: You can remain anonymous if you want to; incorrect guesses are always anonymous. (Puzzle makers, you can create your own Certitude links here.)

Congratulations to the first certified solver, VPPlayer, and the first finder, Wavecrest.
