A Puzzle-type Letterbox/Hybrid cache (please don't remove the ink pad or stamp; they're not swaps) set for the 2018 Winter Geolympix - The cache is NOT at the given co-ords, but is within a mile or 1.6Km of them. You have to crack a puzzle or code to locate the cache.
This cache will be 'fancy' for night caching at the local Mega in October. If you'd like to see it then, or if you'd like to do the Letter/Box Challenge you may wish to leave it until then.
Method 1: Use an AAND (Aluminium Alpha-Numeric Discs. There are around 4,000 in circulation) and go to:

Picking which AAND you need could be a 1/10 guess, so I've added a clue...
