Name the Golden Horseshoe Region represented by this Coat of Arms

The arms were officially granted 16 June 1975 (Scottish grant) and recorded on February 15, 2005 (Canadian registration). The green field symbolizes the landscape and agricultural wealth of the Region set on the shores of Lake Ontario, represented by the wavy lines in the base. The silver band with ragged edges alludes to the dramatic feature of the Niagara Escarpment. It is intertwined with the continuous gold Bowen Knot, a symbol of it's four constituent municipalities. The coronet is that adopted by the Scottish heralds for County arms. The Latin translates to 'is nothing without labor'.
