PeteSue59: after seeing there was a fake container here we wanted to check up on the area. we found our cache had been moved from it's original spot but it was in good condition. we also checked the coordinates which were 4 meters out which are good enough. the cache is a rock that has been drilled in half and re attached. there is a flat tin that is painted brown inside the hollow rock.
however the area around the cache has been pulled apart which has disturbed the area. we do not agree with people damaging the enviroment. i also do not agree with geocachers moving all the rocks around and then blaming us. if you do not treat the enviroment with respect that is your own fault and you should be ashamed of yourself for blaming us to justify your actions.
we are also upset with the bullying we have receeved on this cache. goldenwattle greyhams and loci your comments were hurtful and we do not apreciate being called liars. your comments were not called for and we dont think it is okay for your to be so disrespectfull.
based on the damage to the area and all the negative feedback and negativity that we have receeved we have taken our cache home with us and will think about rehiding closer to home. thank you to those geocachers that enjoyed searching for our cache and the kind words we got from some of you.
