This military stronghold was once vital for the protection of Beigan's administration center and airport. Today, it is part of the War and Peace Memorial Park.
The stronghold's tunnels contain gun ports, ammunition depot, offices, assembly hall, and sleeping quarters. The tunnels are cool and breezy and provide relief on hot summer days.
Because the cache is located underground, the coordinates, as well as your GPS, will probably be off. Therefore, look for the sign in the SPOILER photo. Face the sign, and the cache will be found in the man-made wall to the left. Although there is some lighting, it's best to bring a flashlight.
The cache container is a plastic box, big enough for a small TB or swag. Please bring your own pen; the logsheet must be signed to qualify as a Find.
The stronghold is accessible daily from 8:00 until 17:00. The floor can get damp so please be careful. Also, there are about 80~100 steps to climb, hence the T2 rating.
