WHAT: A scavenger hunt / poker run followed by a barbecue

Back for the third annual, we are again hosting a geo-event here on our 85 acre woodlot. This year will again feature a combination scavenger hunt and poker run through the woods followed by a barbecue with lots of cool prizes and swag.
1:00 - 2:00 Meet & Greet
2:00 - 3:30 Scavenger Hunt / Poker Run
3:30 - 5:00 Barbecue & Prizes
We will provide hotdogs, hamburgers and drinks. Please feel free to bring a salad or dessert if you wish.
Coordinates for the scavenger hunt will be made available a week before the event or can be loaded into your GPS here the day of the event. Running shoes or hiking boots should be appropriate footwear as we rarely have water in the bush this time of year. The terrain is mostly flat with a few gentle hills and is suitable walking for all ages.
PLEASE INCLUDE IN THE WILL ATTEND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ATTENDING, AND IF YOU WILL BE BRINGING SOMETHING FOR THE POTLUCK.
