It's time for our annual ice cream social! Please join us Friday, August 24th at the pavillion at Fort Daniel for some ice cream and good conversation. Ice cream, spoons, napkins and water will be provided. If you like (certainly not required, though!), feel free to bring an ice cream topping to share. We have the pavillion reserved all day, so if you would like to bring a picnic lunch or dinner, you can eat in the pavillion. Please be sure to post your "Will Attend." We will again be purchasing individual ice cream cups. We hope to see you there!
The gate to the park closes automatically at sunset, so all attendees must plan to exit before that time. (However, if you don't make it out before the gate closes and you get stuck in the park, you can get a free ride home in a police car and have to walk back the next morning to retrieve your vehicle. Ask us how we know...)
