For many years there existed two Methodist Chapels in Feltwell, one belonging to the Primitive Methodist Society and the other belonging to the Wesleyan Methodist Society, each with its own Organisation and administration. Both Chapels were used by the two separate Societies until 1936. In that year, on February 5th, a new Methodist Church was opened which had been built by the combined efforts of the two Methodist Churches, in consequence of the amalgamation of all Methodist Churches throughout the country under Methodist Union, by Act of Parliament.
Feltwell Methodist Church now forms part of the Downham Market Circuit and the adjoining hall is used by many community groups and organisations.
The cache is a concealed micro, which can be found close to the Methodist Church. There is a car park at the church, as well as on street parking. Be careful with geokids as the cache is on the opposite side of the road. I've had a few issues with the course so have made the hint very clear. Tweezers may be advantageous. BYOP.
