Teddy Park is a public park situated opposite Jerusalem's Old City and David's Citadel, and integrated with the Hutzot HaYotzer Artists complex in the Mitchell Parks & Gardens.
The park was developed by the Jerusalem Foundation in memory of Jerusalem's long serving mayor, Teddy Kollek, and opened to the public in 2013.
A major feature of the park is its splash that orchestrates animated water, sound and lighting. Journalist Linda Gradstein described it as a landscape of "spouting water geysers" just outside the walls of the Old City. Water shoots from the fountains in sync with music once every few hours; in the evening a light show plays while during the day children run among the water spouts. (Wikipedia)

Daytime fountain shows (water only) at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm
Evening fountain shows (light, music and water) at 8:00 pm, 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm

The parks is open 7:00-22:00 but the place where the cache is located is open 24/7.

פארק טדי הוא פארק עירוני בירושלים המוקדש לזכרו של ראש עיריית ירושלים לשעבר, טדי קולק.
הפארק ממוקם בחלקו הצפוני של גיא בן הינום בין חומות העיר במזרח, מתחם חוצות היוצר בדרום, שדרות ממילא בצפון וכפר דוד במערב. שטח הפארק הוא כשבעה דונם.
האלמנט הבולט בו הוא מזרקה גדולה. המזרקה תוכננה על ידי חברת JML מברצלונה והיא כוללת 256 זרנוקי מים וכ-1,500 גופי תאורה. בכל כמה שעות מתקיים מופע של המזרקה למשך כעשרים דקות ופעמיים ביום, בשעות הערב המאוחרות, מתנהל מופע ארוך יותר המשלב גם תאורה ומוזיקה. לאורך השבילים בפארק קיימים קירות אבן המספרים על תחנות בחייו של קולק. אלמנטים נוספים הקיימים בפארק הם: שעון שמש בתכנון מתי גרינברג, ותעלת מים מדורגת.
