Come join us for the 15th annual (3rd annual in Erie) World Wide Flash Mob! This is a 30 minute event. Bring your beach attire: sun hats, floatation devices, water noodles, rubber ducks, etc. Event time is 1:00pm to 1:30pm. Souvenirs will be distributed!
