The cache is not located at the listed coordinates although it would be a great place to take in the sights.
I solved a puzzle in Georgia with this same technique and really liked the method used. A couple days later, I solved a similar version (GC7JYRB) by Sanders Sooners in the Bentonville Arkansas. Sanders Sooners helped me put this one together for the local puzzlers in Little Rock and those that visit our city from out of state.
