Pomník vůdce prvorepublikové agrární strany Antonína Švehly byla odhalena v září 1938. Během nacistické okupace byl pomník zlikvidován a na jeho místě zůstala pouze zakrslá bříza. Pomník byl obnoven až v roce 1994 (zdroj:http://www.chvalenice.cz)
