Finally, I got my very own telephone box. And what a pretty one!
Sometimes, I pass by it, sometimes I even use it (no kidding!), and if they come in homoeopathic doses, I like logging them myself, all those "T-Rexes", "T-Columns", "Lonely Dinosaurs" or whatever they are called, since this gives me a cozy warm feeling of steadiness, stability, and security, just like back then, when I was a little boy, and my third degree grand aunt would let me sit on her lap, then reach behind herself to get the cookie jar and ... oops, got carried away there a little. Where was I? Ah, telephone box. Geocaching. Adulthood.
Anyway: With this small contribution to the topic "telephone box", I would like to create an opportunity for urban caching that will be relaxed as well as, hopefully, a little interesting.
The cache is hidden directly in front of the Fabrik Osloer Straße, a centre for social and cultural work, hosting under its roof different own projects, as well as independent institutions. For example, there is a family centre offering different consultations and courses, a neighbourhood cafeteria, several housing projects and workshops, rooms for events and seminaries, a bookcrossing box and, last but not least, the Labyrinth Kindermuseum with a lot of interactive activities for young and old.
The cache is a small. The place can get crowdy, especially during daytime, but with a minimum of stealth you should be able to search and log without drawing attention to yourself. I don't recommend to drop TBs there any more, as the box has been completely emptied twice during the last 1,5 years right after TBs had been placed. Maybe it's me being paranoid :-), maybe it's a pattern.
