Twentse landschap
Het Twentse landschap is adembenemend mooi. Van uniek natuurgebied tot uitgestrekt veengebied. Terug in de tijd; ooit wandelden hier de mammoet, de wolharige neushoorn en het laatste reuzenhert. Sterker nog, ooit was dit gebied zee, getuige de walvis- en haaientanden die af en toe nog gevonden worden. Nu is het unieke Twentse land een bonte verzameling van bijzondere landschapselementen. Zin in bos, heide, weide, beekjes en bronnen? Twente heeft het allemaal!

In fact, once this area was sea, witness the whale and shark teeth that are still found here today. Now the unique Twente country is a colorful collection of special landscape elements. De Bermuda Driehoek
De Bermudadriehoek is een denkbeeldige driehoek tussen Miami, de Bermuda-eilanden en Puerto Rico in het westelijk deel van de Atlantische Oceaan.
De Bermudadriehoek werd bekend doordat vaar- en vliegtuigen er op mysterieuze wijze zouden zijn verdwenen.
Allerlei auteurs schreven deze verdwijningen toe aan onder meer paranormale verschijnselen, waarbij de wetten van de natuurkunde werden opgeheven, of aan activiteit van buitenaardse bezoekers.
Verklaringen van ooggetuigen spreken ook vaak over storingen in apparatuur, meestal van magnetische aard.
Volgens veel boeken over het Bermudagebied zou Columbus ook problemen hebben ondervonden in de driehoek.
In zijn logboek meldt Columbus dat zijn 'naalden' (hij bedoelt hier zijn kompas) op 13 en 14 september 1492 iets naar het noordwesten afweken. Waarschijnlijk was dit echter het gevolg van magnetische declinatie. (bron: Wikipedia)

The Bermuda Triangle
The Bermuda Triangle is an imaginary triangle between Miami, the Bermuda Islands and Puerto Rico in the western part of the Atlantic.
The Bermuda Triangle was known because sailing and aircraft would have mysteriously disappeared.
All sorts of authors attributed these disappearances to, among other things, paranormal phenomena, where the laws of physics were lifted, or to the activity of extraterrestrial visitors.
Statements by eyewitnesses often also speak of equipment failures, usually of a magnetic nature.
According to many books about the Bermuda region, Columbus would also have experienced problems in the triangle.
In his logbook Columbus reports that his 'needles' (he means his compass here) on 13 and 14 September 1492 deviated slightly to the northwest. Probably this was the result of magnetic declination. (source: Wikipedia)
